About Cheryle::

Cheryle Lichtenberger is an Energy Health Coach who specializes in helping individuals achieve relief and freedom from stress; physically, mentally, emotionally and environmentally using safe, non-invasive approaches that lead to improved health, energy, confidence, hope, and a closer connection to their true core essence.

After working in the retail, corporate and medical fields, Cheryle brings a vast understanding of the various stressors that accompany the everyday work world. Her continued passion for learning about energy healing and the power of the mind has given her a strong foundation of resources from which to help others overcome their stress. She has been a student of metaphysics for many years and remains very grounded in the ability to educate others in the power and capability to make changes in their life and health.
